Jeff Kurburski is a seasoned technology and operations executive with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency for mid-cap companies and industry leaders. As CEO and Founder of K2 Executive Advisors, he specializes in leveraging technology, automation, and strategic processes to enhance corporate performance.

Previously, Jeff played a key leadership role at MillerKnoll where he helped expand the company into $4B global organization. As Chief Technology Officer, he launched AI-driven design innovations, built a tech center of excellence in India, and implemented a cloud-first strategy. His leadership also resulted in nine successful mergers and acquisitions, robotics-driven automation, and improved supply chain performance.

Jeff holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Supply Chain From Grand Valley State University and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan. He serves on several advisory boards and teaches at Grand Valley State University.
